RED SQUAD WINS!!!! 30-12!

Denton, TX - It seems as if the 3rd time was a charm for Coach Jim "Sandman" Sandusky in the Jim Thorpe Native All Star Game. The Red Squad's high powered offense lit up the Texas sky with an aerial display put on by Game MVP Dylan Parker.

In the first quarter it was a 0-0 tie and it seemed the Red Squad's offense couldn't get rolling. Three turnovers and The Red Squad's defense in the red zone helped make it 0-0 at the end of the 1st quarter. The Blue Squad had the ball 3 times in the red zone, but could not punch anything into the end zone.

The Red Squad finally put it in on a roll out to the right and Parker drilled Jeremy Roberts for a 10 yd TD, Eddy Williams with the PAT.

7-0 half time.

The 3^rd and 4^th quarters also belonged to the Red Squad with Parker passing for two more TDs and Eddy Williams running for another as well as kicking a field goal, and all the PATs, he was 3-4 PATs. Jeremy Roberts caught another TD and Antonio Rivera also caught one. 

The Blue Team put 12 points on the board in the 4^th quarter with Malcolm Luster III (Trey) rushing for both TDs. Luster had the longest run of the night with a 65 yd run down the Blue sideline only to be caught at the 5 yd line. He would later punch it in. 

The Game MVP, Dylan Parker (Choctaw) put up some impressive numbers and he split time with another QB during the game. Parker was 13-17 passing with 3 TDs and 209 yds in the air. He rushed twice for 22 yds. On defense he had 7 assisted tackles and 3 solo, along with 2 INTs (should have had a 3rd) with a returned for a total of 26 yds. He also returned 1 punt for 11 yds.
